Cyberpunk 2077, one of the most anticipated games of this year, published and developed by CD Projekt Red, was released about 2 weeks ago, but unfortunately the game came out with big problems, especially on the old generation consoles.

After this problematic debut of the game, CD Projekt apologized first. Later, Sony removed the game from PlayStation Store. In this process, many events related to the game came to light in the background. Most recently, it was announced that preparations were made to file a lawsuit against CD Projekt.

In the past hours, it was announced that New York-based Rosen Law Firm filed a lawsuit against CD Projekt. The Bureau announced that it filed the case on behalf of the shareholders between January 16 and December 17, 2020. The reason is, as stated earlier, "making false statements in order to gain financial benefit". According to the statement, the case was filed yesterday.

The reasons for suing are generally that the game is inoperable on older generation consoles. CD Projekt's "Game is complete." lying by saying. Worse, just a few weeks before the game came out, the game was said to have run surprisingly well on older generation consoles.

Rosen Law Firm asked investors who wanted to participate in the lawsuit to contact the bureau. Apart from this case, according to the New York Times, some Polish investors are currently preparing to sue in the same way. As a result of these events, we are seriously curious about what will happen to CD Projekt.
